Lightening our loads

  1. Can I realistically achieve each of these items today?
  2. Have I scheduled wiggle room into my schedule? A task which appears simple and upon reading the item appears as though it should only take 5 minutes to complete, can become as intricate as the plans for building a rocket and take all day. Wiggle room allows for these tasks to be completed, but not take over.
  3. Is my list in order of priority?
  4. Are similar tasks placed together to save on time, and to save on the energy of changing tasks in my brain?
  5. What reward have I planned for myself? How will I motivate myself to keep moving forward?
  6. What items on my list can I assign to another person?
